• Staff development to continuously improve emergency plans at organisational level.
• Applying Cognitive Edge/Sensemaker  framework for community issues and projects.
• Facilitating Investment Logic Map workshops using The Six Thinking Hats framework.
• Developing Benefit Management Plans and Concept Briefs according to the Investment Management Guidelines of the  Victorian Government.
• Providing DeBono Parallel Thinking  - The Six Thinking Hats – training programs to individuals, groups and organisations.
