  By engaging with Operacy for staffing services, both clients and candidates agree to abide by these terms and conditions.


 2. Services Offered:

  Operacy offers staffing solutions, including but not limited to temporary staffing, permanent placement, executive search, and virtual assistant services. The specific services provided will be outlined in the service agreement between Operacy and the client.


 3. Client Responsibilities:

  Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information about their staffing needs, ensuring a timely response to candidate submissions, and complying with payment terms outlined in the service agreement.


 4. Candidate Responsibilities:

  Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and UpToDate information, participating in the interview and screening process, and notifying Operacy of any changes in their employment status.


 5. Recruitment Process:

  Operacy will conduct a thorough recruitment process, including interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks. The agency does not guarantee the placement of any specific candidate but commits to providing qualified and suitable candidates.


 6. Fees and Payment:

  Client fees and payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Fees may vary based on the type of service provided. Invoices are to be paid within specified duration from the date of issue.


 7. Confidentiality:

  Operacy will treat all client and candidate information with utmost confidentiality. Information shared during the recruitment process will only be disclosed to relevant parties involved in the placement.


 8. Termination of Services:

  Either party has the right to terminate the staffing services with a written notice period specified in the service agreement. Any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled before termination.


 9. Compliance with Laws:

  Operacy is committed to complying with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Clients and candidates are expected to adhere to legal requirements throughout the hiring process.


 10. Limitation of Liability:

  Operacy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The agency's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.


 11. Modification of Terms:

  Operacy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients and candidates will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the modified terms.
